What is Sensory Play?
Sensory play is any activity that stimulates a young child's sense of touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing, as well as anything which engages movement and balance.
It focuses on activities that engage your child's senses, helping them develop language skills and motor skills. It also helps with cognitive growth, fosters social interactions and encourages experimentation
Sensory activities for children can be messy, engaging, fun, and easy to put together.
Why is sensory play beneficial for your child’s development?
Sensory play helps develop fine motor skills, creativity, cognitive growth and language development, increasing focus and attention and achieving calmness, as well as being fun and encourages bonding through play. The items inside our boxes have been specifically picked to support your little one’s early development.
What are sensory boxes?
Sensory Boxes contain a base material (like beans, pasta or rice) plus themed toys and fine motor tools. Bins don't have specific steps to complete, so they are great for open-ended exploratory play in which children play independently. (Keep the kids busy so you can do your own thing peacefully!)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Bdo bank transfer, Gcash fund transfer, Paypal, 3 easy payments with 0% interest via Atome and all major credit cards (via Paypal).
What are your sensory bin containers made of?
Our Sensory and Play Dough boxes are made of Non Toxic Montessori Wooden Boxes with sliding lid which measures 13”x10”x3” and 12”x8”x3.5”.
Can I order just the sensory contents without the wooden box?
Yes, when wooden box is not purchased, we will automatically place all contents in our corrugated boxes. Box will consist of a filler, themed materials and props. It does NOT include the wooden box with lid.
What are your fillers made of?
Our fillers are mostly homemade. We only use non toxic, food grade ingredients so you don’t have to worry about your child’s safety.
How have the items been chosen for the kits?
We've spent a long time researching the best items to include in our kits, most of them are also sourced abroad. We make sure that each item stimulates multiple senses for your little ones, as well as being high quality and safe. We're always looking for new products to include and will provide updates and information on this as we go!
For what ages are your sensory boxes appropriate?
Our sensory boxes can be fun for many ages, but are mostly ideal for ages 3 to 8 years of age. Please be aware that kits may contain small pieces such as rocks and gems that are potential choking hazards for our smallest children. Parental supervision is advised at all times.
However we have 2 themes that are suitable for younger kids (Moon Sand Cupcake & First Learner). You may check our collections to know more.
Will you be adding more to your range?
Yes, we are always researching, testing and adding to our products so do check back with our page from time to time.
I would like a specific theme for a party I’m hosting. Do you customize?

Are your boxes good for gifting?
Yes all our wooden boxes are designed ready for gifting, they’re compact and can be used as a storage box after each play session. We also put in a gift card together with a nice red bow.
