Subscription Plan

We lock subscriptions on the 15th day of each month so if you want the March kit, sign up on or before Feb 15.

This is a recurring subscription -- you will be asked to pay on the 16th of each month and play dough kits will be shipped or be ready for pick up around 3rd week of the next month. If in any case, you are able to purchase after the 16th of that month, your first kit will be next month’s kit.

**Subscriptions require a 3-month minimum term. But after your third month you can opt out whenever you’d like! **If cancelled before the 3 month minimum is met, you will be charged a P500 fee.

  • Play Dough Box themes will be announced a few days before they are released. April, October and December kits are limited editions and holiday themed hence will not be part of our monthly subscription.
  • Items may vary slightly from kit to kit and will not exactly match the pictures

What’s a Learning Play Subscription?

Each month we launch a brand new theme. Subscribers are guaranteed that kit as these themes won’t sometimes be available for sale to the public.

In any case that theme becomes available to public, price point will be a bit more expensive than the subscription price and it will be on a first pay, first reserve basis since limited quantities will only be available.

What’s the difference between a boy and girl theme kit? 

Some months we have different boy and girl themed kits. These might be completely different (dinos and unicorns) or a twist on the same kit (Paw Patrol kit with pink rose or ocean blue dough). Themes are not always different and sometimes a kit is just too perfect for every kid that we send the same theme to everyone!

I just ordered! When will I receive my first kit?

Subscription boxes will be shipped/be ready for pick up/ship out 3rd week of every month. To make sure we have enough supplies, we lock subscriptions on the 15th of the previous month so your first order will not ship until the middle of next month. 

 For example, if you order on or before January 15, payment should be on the 16th and your kit will be shipped somewhere on the 3rd week of February.

 

How often will I be charged?

After your first order, you will be charged on the 16th of each month after you receive your first kit. So if you order on January 19 you won’t be charged again until March 16. You can cancel your subscription after your 3rd kit.

 How do I cancel my subscription?

You can send us a private message at our instagram page @learningplay.ph or email us at learningplay.ph@gmail.com. Subscriptions get a P200 discount, so there is a 3-month minimum term. But after your third month you can opt out whenever you’d like! **If cancelled before the 3 month minimum, you will be charged a P500 fee.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes you can. Shoot us an email at learningplay.ph@gmail.com and we will help you out. This is applicable to old subcribers who have already subscribed with us for over 3 months in the past.
